Terms of Service

1. The service
Pipeline Signals is software that captures advertising attribution data and transmits conversion events from a customer's HighLevel account to advertising platforms the customer connects (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok). It is provided as a subscription via the HighLevel App Marketplace.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must have authority over the HighLevel account and ad accounts you connect. You agree not to use the service to process data you have no lawful basis to process, to send deliberately false conversion data to advertising platforms, or to violate the platforms' terms.
3. Your data obligations
Between you and us, you are the data controller for your leads and contacts. You are responsible for lawful collection, notices, and any required consent on your websites and funnels. We process such data only as your processor per our Privacy Policy and DPA.
4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed through the HighLevel Marketplace per location or per agency plan, in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Third-party platforms
The service depends on APIs operated by HighLevel, Meta, Google, TikTok and others. We are not responsible for their availability, decisions (including ad-account or event rejections), or changes to their APIs, though we will use reasonable efforts to adapt.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific advertising results, match rates, or platform acceptance of events. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims in a 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or ad spend.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time from the HighLevel Marketplace. We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment, or where required by a platform or law. On termination we delete processed contact data per the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
8. General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update these terms with notice via the service; continued use constitutes acceptance. Pipeline Signals is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by HighLevel Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., Google LLC, or TikTok.
